Memberberry Terms of Use

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Appberry for use of Memberberry.

Effective date: March 2, 2026

By accessing or using Memberberry, you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Account ownership and control

  • Organization customers are responsible for account setup, administrator permissions, and end-user access.
  • Account credentials must be protected and suspicious access should be reported immediately.
  • Administrator actions in-product (billing, exports, deletions, and role changes) are treated as authorized.

AccountAn account used to access the Service.
AdministratorA User with elevated permissions to manage an Account, settings, billing, and Users.
CustomerThe individual or organization that subscribes to the Service.
Customer DataData and information submitted to the Service by or on behalf of a Customer, including Personal Data.
End UserA person the Customer authorizes to use the Service (for example staff, volunteers, and members).
Order FormAny checkout, subscription confirmation, or order document that identifies plan, pricing, and term.
Personal DataInformation relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
Usage LimitsPlan limits, technical limits, and reasonable use thresholds we apply to protect the Service.
