By accessing or using Memberberry, you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

| Administrator | A User with elevated permissions to manage an Account, settings, billing, and Users. |
| Customer | The individual or organization that subscribes to the Service. |
| Customer Data | Data and information submitted to the Service by or on behalf of a Customer, including Personal Data. |
| End User | A person the Customer authorizes to use the Service (for example staff, volunteers, and members). |
| Order Form | Any checkout, subscription confirmation, or order document that identifies plan, pricing, and term. |
| Personal Data | Information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. |
| Usage Limits | Plan limits, technical limits, and reasonable use thresholds we apply to protect the Service. |
