Memberberry Refund Policy

How cancellations and refunds work for monthly and annual subscriptions.

This Refund Policy is incorporated into the Terms of Use. Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.

Common scenarios

If you are on a monthly plan

  • No refunds for partial months, unused time, downgrades, or mid-cycle cancellations unless law requires otherwise.
  • Cancel before renewal to avoid the next monthly charge.
  • Confirmed billing errors are corrected, including refunds where appropriate.

Annual proration formula

Refund = (Annual fee paid / 12) x Number of unused full months remaining

Example: if you paid $120 annually and cancel with 5 unused full months remaining, the refund is $50.

  • Monthly subscription: billed month-to-month.
  • Annual subscription: billed once per year (12 months).
  • Billing cycle start date: start of paid term and monthly anniversaries for annual plans.
  • Unused full month: a monthly period that has not started as of cancellation effective date.

Contact support@appberry.dev with account email, plan type, and requested cancellation date. For billing disputes, include transaction IDs and charge timestamps.
